What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll act as the central intake point for all inbound and outbound leads, engaging early to assess intent, timing, fit and commercial viability. Using defined qualification criteria, you’ll convert promising leads into well-documented sales opportunities and assign them to the appropriate Sales Executive. You’ll maintain accurate CRM records, log interactions and ensure pipeline stages remain clean and actionable. You’ll also contribute to outbound lead generation aligned to ideal client profiles while sharing valuable market feedback and insights with the Head of Sales to support smarter targeting and pipeline quality.

What you’ll need

Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office is important, along with the ability to manage multiple leads and maintain organised records. A structured approach, analytical mindset and the confidence to qualify, advance or disqualify leads will set you up for success in this role.
