What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll take full responsibility for revenue growth across Gauteng and Inland regions, delivering against monthly, quarterly and annual targets in a region contributing the majority of company turnover. Your focus will include expanding key accounts, securing new business within Industrial, Mining, FMCG, Engineering and Manufacturing sectors, and strengthening reseller channels. You’ll lead and develop a small sales team, setting clear KPIs and driving a high-performance culture. Alongside this, you’ll manage forecasting, CRM discipline, pricing alignment and cross-functional collaboration to ensure service excellence and margin growth.

What you’ll need

You’ll bring 5–8 years’ proven B2B sales leadership experience, with exposure to technical or industrial sectors. A strong hunter mindset, experience managing a sales team, and a track record of new business development are essential. Solid commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s licence with willingness to travel are required.
