What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities for high-capacity backhaul and enterprise fibre connectivity services. From developing sales strategies targeting MNOs, ISPs and enterprise clients, to managing the full sales cycle, your role will place you at the centre of large-scale connectivity projects. Working closely with technical and pre-sales teams, you’ll help shape scalable fibre solutions while leading complex proposals, tenders and commercial negotiations. You’ll enjoy this role because it combines strategic selling, relationship building and technical problem-solving within a rapidly growing sector.

What you’ll need

A minimum of 5 years’ business development experience within ICT or telecommunications is essential, along with strong knowledge of fibre infrastructure, leased lines and backhaul architecture. You’ll need a proven track record of achieving substantial revenue targets through consultative selling and experience managing complex wholesale or enterprise accounts. A qualification in Engineering, Telecommunications or Business Administration will strengthen your application, while existing relationships within the Namibian fibre market will be highly advantageous.
