You’ll take the technical lead on substation design and MV/HV grid integration for renewable energy projects – working across engineering, procurement, development, and commissioning. From reviewing technical designs and ensuring compliance with grid codes, to liaising with utilities and resolving field issues during construction, your input will be critical at every stage. You’ll oversee BoQs, develop single-line diagrams, and ensure all SCADA, protection, and communication systems meet regulatory and performance standards. Your work will power large-scale solar PV and BESS projects that drive real-world impact.Where you’ll be doing it

A degree in Electrical Engineering, with at least 3–5 years’ experience in substation design, grid integration and renewable energy. You’ll bring proven understanding of grid codes and their application to RE plants, strong MV/HV technical knowledge, and the ability to produce detailed electrical designs. Experience with SCADA, protection systems, and compliance documentation is essential. Pr.Eng registration is advantageous.What you’ll get
