You’ll be the linchpin of internal sales and technical support, assisting walk-in clients, technicians, and external partners with a mix of counter sales, phone, and online support. Your in-depth knowledge of refrigeration products will ensure you can guide, advise, and problem-solve across a variety of technical queries. You’ll also support the logistics and stores team, assist with procurement and documentation (SAP), and help keep operations running smoothly. You’ll enjoy a proper handover period from the outgoing expert, ensuring you’re set up for success.Where you’ll be doing it
