Senior Internal Sales Representative

You have a strong understanding of HVAC&R components and terminology and enjoy being customer facing. You have previous experience in an internal sales position and are comfortable dealing with walk-in clients, whilst building strong relationships within a fast-paced environment. You are process-orientated and able to multi-task in an environment that does have consistent interruptions.What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll provide technical advice on a product portfolio within the refrigeration and air-condition technologies industry and act as a first point of contact walk-in clients, contractors and technicians. You will support them with product selection, pricing and availability as well as prepare quotations, process orders and invoices. You will be in the Germiston office Mon- Fri, 8am- 5pm. You’ll be working for a globally recognised engineering business. You have a Matric, with a technical qualification in HVAC&R, Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration. You have 2–4 years’ internal sales experience in a technical or industrial environment, along with strong knowledge of HVAC&R systems. You are confident using ERP systems and MS Office, with excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans is beneficial).What you’ll get
