You’ll lead Solar PV and BESS EPC projects across the C&I and small IPP sectors from contract award through to commercial operation. This includes managing execution plans, budgets, schedules and risk registers, coordinating engineering, procurement and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with technical, safety and quality standards. You’ll oversee cost control, cash flow forecasting, change management and claims processes, administer EPC and subcontractor contracts, and act as the primary client interface. From site mobilisation through to commissioning and COD, you’ll ensure seamless delivery, accurate reporting and strong governance across every phase.Where you’ll be doing it

A relevant degree or technical diploma, with 5–8 years’ experience managing medium-to-large EPC projects in renewable energy, power or industrial infrastructure. Proven experience delivering C&I or small IPP Solar PV/BESS projects to COD is essential. PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification is advantageous. Strong financial, contractual (FIDIC/NEC exposure beneficial), and cost control expertise is required, along with proficiency in MS Project, advanced Excel and document management systems. A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel are essential.What you’ll get
