You’re an experienced operator with a proven track record in managing storage or commercial storage type spaces. Confident in both client-facing and operational settings, you balance people skills with strong organisational abilities. You’re proactive, results-driven, and thrive in environments where leasing, customer service, and operational excellence come together.What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll take ownership of all leasing and operational activities to ensure your storage sites meet and maintain occupancy and profitability targets. Day to day, you’ll handle new inquiries, conduct viewings, finalise leases, and manage client onboarding, working closely with the centralised leads desk to maximise conversions. You’ll deliver excellent client service during move-ins and move-outs, resolve issues quickly, and ensure satisfaction remains high. Financially, you’ll oversee deposits, payments, and ensure arrears are escalated when needed. On-site, you’ll uphold high maintenance standards, conduct regular inspections, and ensure smooth collaboration with colleagues and service providers. Your role is central to achieving occupancy above 90% while keeping client experience at the heart of everything you do.Where you’ll be doing it
You’ll be joining an innovative property business that is transforming the logistics landscape through its network of serviced logistics parks and are expanding their business. You’ll be based across business parks in the Cape Town region, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values initiative and achievement.What you’ll need
You’ll bring solid experience in managing storage or property operations, with the ability to handle both leasing and operational logistics. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills are key, along with the ability to maintain excellent tenant relations and deliver consistently high service standards. Previous experience in a storage-focused environment is essential, together with the drive to achieve ambitious occupancy and performance goals.What you’ll get
