You’ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting advanced PV and BESS across residential and commercial installations. Your day will involve inspecting solar panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring; conducting site assessments; repairing faults; and ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. Working alongside a field engineer, you’ll document service activities and occasionally support MV systems. Every task you complete will contribute to a greener, more energy-resilient future.Where you’ll be doing it

You bring 3-5 years of experience in PV system installation, BESS, or electrical work, with bonus points for MV systems and instrumentation knowledge. You’re confident reading schematics and using diagnostic tools. A technical qualification in electrical or renewable energy is preferred, along with a valid driver’s licence. You’re comfortable working outdoors, lifting up to 30kg, and available on weekends or public holidays when needed.What you’ll get
