You’ll oversee daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and to specification. Reading construction drawings, maintaining quality standards and managing finishing work will form part of your day-to-day responsibilities. For the Senior Site Foreman role, you’ll have 5-10 years’ experience managing construction sites. Junior Foremen should have 1-2 years’ relevant site experience with the ambition to grow. A valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle are essential, along with the ability to read plans, coordinate site activities and communicate fluently in both written and spoken Afrikaans.What you’ll get
