What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll join us in our Talent Academy, where you’ll be trained and supported to develop into a Talent Specialist. Your role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and shortlisting top talent across a variety of industries. You will work closely with senior recruiters to learn best practice and sharpen your expertise, while also building strong candidate relationships and delivering an excellent candidate experience. With structured training and ongoing support, you will gain recruitment knowledge, market insights, and sourcing capability, all why being a part of an incredible organisation that seems you as more than just a number. You will receive training and ongoing support to help you develop your technical understanding, market insight and sourcing capability. You will be working alongside highly experienced consultants who are specialists in the sector, giving you valuable exposure to senior-level mandates and financial institutions.

Where you’ll be doing it

You will be based at our Riverlands, Cape Town office, working on-site from Monday to Thursday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and Friday 8:30 AM to 15:00PM. You’ll be part of a high-performing and supportive team that values collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and professional growth.

What you’ll need

You will need a completed tertiary qualification and at least two years’ experience in sales or customer service, whether in travel, hospitality or related fields. Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to multitask are essential, along with a natural interest in people and a drive to succeed in a results-oriented environment. If you have financial services knowledge or experience, that will be a plus, but it is not essential – we will provide training.
