What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

In this vital support role, you’ll work closely with senior portfolio managers and the broader client management team to ensure seamless operations. Your day will include managing complex diaries and travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, taking minutes, and supporting client interactions. You’ll be a go-to person for handling investment trade coordination, compliance matters, and liaising with service providers and clients. Whether you’re troubleshooting admin issues, responding to queries, or organising flights and events, you’ll play a key part in helping the team stay ahead and deliver an exceptional client experience.

You’ll be joining a prestigious financial services firm with an international presence, specialising in wealth and investment management. You’ll be based in professional offices in Cape Town CBD. After probation there is one day work from home.

What you’ll need

You’ll bring a Matric and solid experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role in financial / corporate services. You’re tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills, great at managing multiple priorities, and confident engaging with internal and external stakeholders. You’re discreet, independent, and thrive in a role where initiative and ownership are key. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem-solve will set you apart.
