What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll oversee all technical matters across ceramics, soft coverings and building line products, supporting both pre- and post-sales activities. Working closely with Product Managers, Sales and Quality teams, you’ll provide technical guidance, deliver training and CPD presentations, and ensure specifications, method statements and guarantees meet required standards. You’ll oversee QA and QC processes, manage claims, engage with regulatory authorities, and ensure alignment with corporate technical policies. A key part of your role will be leading and developing the Technical Assistance team while driving continuous improvement across documentation and systems.

What you’ll need

An NQF Level 7 qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field, with at least five years’ experience in construction materials and three years in a management role. You’ll bring strong leadership capability, excellent communication and presentation skills, and sound technical judgement. Intermediate AutoCAD experience will be advantageous.
