Taking ownership of the finance integration landscape, you will lead technical design, delivery and ongoing support across cloud finance platforms, C#, SQL, enterprise APIs and integration services. You will guide developers through planning and code reviews, establish standards for security, monitoring, resilience and error handling, and coordinate releases, dependencies and production issues across finance, data, cybersecurity, architecture and downstream application teams.Where you’ll be doing it
Within a leading fintech organisation, you will work in a hybrid Johannesburg environment spanning a large enterprise technology landscape. The role collaborates across business and technical teams, as well as consulting and technology partners, to deliver secure, scalable and well-governed finance integrations.What you’ll need
A relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, must be backed by at least 10 years in technology and five years in a Technical Lead, Solution Lead or Senior Engineering capacity. Strong C#, SQL, API, messaging or file-based integration expertise is essential, alongside large-scale cloud ERP or software integration experience. You will also need proven team leadership, SDLC, source control, CI/CD, deployment and partner-management capability. Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Microsoft/.NET and enterprise APIs will be under your ownership.What you’ll get
