What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll take ownership of tender administration, ensuring every submission is complete, compliant and delivered on time. From preparing tender packs and managing document control to processing quotations, purchase orders, project documentation, reporting and operational administration, your work will directly contribute to winning projects. You’ll also liaise with Procurement, Estimating, Project Management, Finance, HR, SHEQ, Logistics and external stakeholders, making this an engaging role where your organisation and attention to detail will genuinely make a difference.

Where you’ll be doing it

Join a well-established business specialising in electrical contracting and project management, known for delivering quality projects across a demanding industry. The team is collaborative, hardworking and committed to high standards, offering a stable environment where accountability is valued and your contribution has a direct impact on business success. This is an office-based role in Epping, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, with overtime required during critical tender periods.

What you’ll need

Matric is essential, while a qualification or training in tender administration or procurement will be advantageous. You’ll need 3 to 5 years’ experience in tender administration, ideally within the construction or electrical sector. Strong Microsoft Office skills, together with experience in tender submissions, quotations, purchase orders, compliance documentation and reporting, are essential. Above all, you’ll be known for your reliability, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail.
