You will be a pivotal part of our sales team, ensuring the seamless management of the sales process. Your role involves handling order processing, communicating with customers, and providing crucial administrative support to boost overall sales operations. This position offers a varied set of responsibilities, from collaborating with departments to fulfil orders to contributing to the sales performance.

Where you’ll be doing it

Our client, is a group of companies, they are looking for 2 Sales Administrators for 2 companies in the group. You’ll join a team of 13 employees. They’re a  leading player in their industry, committed to delivering high-quality solutions of a technical nature to clients. With a culture that values excellence, innovation, and collaboration, you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in its trusted name in the industry. The Ruimsig location provides an engaging work environment where your skills will be valued. The working hours are 8am to 4:30pm. There will be the odd client event that may be outside of working hours you’d need to attend.

What you’ll need

You’ll need a Matric qualification and at least 2 years proven track record in sales administration with products of a technical nature. Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will set you apart. Fluency in Afrikaans is a must, and having your own car with a driver’s license is essential. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required. You’ll need to be an efficient communicator, not afraid to pick up the phone to deal with clients directly and not rely on written communication.
