Mark Jurgens

Mark Jurgens brings a wealth of experience to The Talent Experts, with a storied career spanning operations management, strategic planning, acquisitions, integrations, and investor relations. In 1995, he founded Paracon Holdings, an ICT staffing and solutions business that he would take public on the JSE just four years later. Throughout his career, Mark has been instrumental in a multitude of successful start-ups, local and international acquisitions, including a notable stake in India-based Nihilent Technologies.

His strategic acumen saw the birth of TalentCRU, which grew under his guidance into the largest MSP/RPO business in South Africa. As the interim CEO and later the COO of Adcorp group, Mark spearheaded a turnaround strategy that included the successful sale of Nihilent to Dimension Data PLC.

In 2023, Mark’s investment in The Talent Experts brought new vision and expansion into ICT and global contracting services. Alongside Tanja’s leadership, Mark sees a future of exponential growth for The Talent Experts group of companies. His trust in the team’s capabilities and strong partnerships reflects his steadfast commitment to driving success in the recruitment industry.
