What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll manage the full accounting function across two establishments, taking responsibility from daily cash-ups through to balance sheet. This includes reconciling accounts, overseeing creditor payments and remittances, managing tip allocations, and preparing payroll information. You’ll also handle monthly VAT calculations and submissions, while producing accurate financial reports to support business decision-making.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll join a well-established and growing hospitality group known for delivering high-quality dining and entertainment experiences. The business has built a strong reputation in the market through its focus on excellence, attention to detail, and vibrant team culture. It offers a collaborative environment where operational efficiency and financial discipline are highly valued. You will work in a shared office space close to the venue’s and it’s a Monday to Friday, in office 9am – 5pm role.

What you’ll need

You’ll have a Matric Certificate with proven experience in accounting up to balance sheet level, with strong financial administration skills. Experience using Xero will be advantageous, along with prior exposure to the restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors. A solid understanding of cost of sales, payroll preparation, and financial reporting is essential.
