Leading complex FinTech and IT projects from inception through delivery, you’ll manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and KPIs while coordinating developers, product managers, QA teams and business stakeholders. Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies will form part of your toolkit, alongside project scheduling, regulatory compliance and security considerations. You’ll enjoy the pace and visibility, particularly if seeing multiple teams come together to deliver meaningful technology outcomes motivates you.Where you’ll be doing it
Based on-site within one of South Africa’s major banking environments, you’ll represent a global technology and consulting business with extensive experience in digital transformation and financial services. Expect a setting where technology investment, digital innovation and client experience are strategic priorities, giving you exposure to complex, business-critical initiatives.What you’ll need
A relevant Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ project management experience are required, including at least 2 years within FinTech. Your background should include IT, software development or systems integration, plus Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery. Managed Service Provider (MSP) and project scheduling experience are essential. Exposure to payments or banking applications is advantageous, while PMP, PRINCE2 or CSM certification is highly desirable.What you’ll get
