You’ll play a key role in supporting the asset management team by conducting in-depth financial analyses to optimize asset performance. From preparing detailed monthly and quarterly reports to assisting with investment due diligence and strategic property evaluations, your work will directly contribute to portfolio growth and efficiency. What you’ll need
You’ll need a degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate, with prior experience in a similar role and industry. Strong proficiency in Excel is essential, and familiarity with Power BI and PowerPoint is a plus. Your ability to analyse complex financial data, produce accurate reports, and apply property investment principles will set you apart. Excellent attention to detail and client relationship skills are key to success in this role.
