What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll craft and execute change management strategies for IT, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies. Your role includes designing communication plans, creating content, and monitoring change initiatives to meet objectives. You’ll also provide training and support to help users adapt, while aligning change efforts with project goals.

What you’ll need
You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, IT, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in communication and change management, preferably in IT. Strong IT knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading change initiatives are required. Relevant certifications are a plus.
