What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
Based in Cape Town, you’ll lead and grow the South African branch of a global renewable energy group. This includes full accountability for strategic planning, sales, procurement, and general management. You’ll identify and expand into new markets, negotiate with key suppliers, and drive profitability through smart operational strategies. As a key leader, you’ll report directly to the group’s strategic committee and shape the company’s impact in a high-growth region.

What you’ll need
You bring proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, ideally with a background in wholesale B2B technical sales. Knowledge of and a network in the solar or renewable energy sector is highly advantageous. You’re fluent in English, with German and any additional languages a plus, and you thrive in both strategic and operational settings.
