As an AP/Administrative Clerk, you’ll play a crucial role in our finance team, managing accounts payable tasks with precision and efficiency. From reviewing and analysing supplier invoices to ensuring timely payment processing and maintaining our supplier database, your expertise will directly contribute to our operational excellence. You’ll harness the full potential of Microsoft Excel to organize and analyse financial data, working closely with the team to uphold accuracy in financial transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain open lines of communication with colleagues and stakeholders will be invaluable in our dynamic work environment.

The office is based in Brooklyn, Cape Town. For the probation period, you’ll be fully office based. Thereafter there is a hybrid situation with 2 – 3 days in office (granted you have a stable internet connection and covered in loadshedding). You’ll join a great team of professionals who value integrity, dedication and accountability.
The ideal candidate will have some form of finance/bookkeeping Certificate but as long as you have a matric certificate, this is non-negotiable. Also, solid Excel experience is key. This will be assessed in the recruitment process. Exposure to an ERP system like SAP is a significant plus. Your ability to excel under pressure and meet tight deadlines, will set you apart.
