You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the distribution centre, overseeing logistics, stock control, dispatch quality, staffing, training and productivity. You’ll work closely with logistics partners, manage stock takes, improve inventory accuracy, support product availability planning and drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting. You’ll also oversee distribution agents, help embed better operational discipline and support digitisation and workflow improvements to keep the operation running efficiently and reliably.Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll need a degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field, plus at least 5 years’ experience in distribution, logistics or operations management in a high-volume environment. Strong people leadership, inventory and supply chain knowledge, analytical ability, Excel and systems skills are essential. Experience in horticulture, agriculture, FMCG or a related sector will be advantageous. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel are required.What you’ll get
