EE Asset Allocation Analyst

You’re still starting out your career and you have a unique combination of quants skills with a passion for worldwide investments. You have an understanding of investment portfolio optimisation, excelling in data analysis, technical skills, multitasking, and good communication skills.
What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll be providing crucial support to the asset allocation team. This includes aiding in the preparation of market data outputs, model portfolio generation, and the regular production of model portfolio reports for different client objectives. Additionally, you’ll contribute to formulating capital market assumptions, assisting current and prospective family office clients, creating investment-related presentations, and providing data for the TAA process. This role also involves conducting market research to aid in market commentary and asset class views. Data analysis, assistance with ad-hoc projects, and process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency are key responsibilities. Furthermore, you’ll contribute to research for published articles relating to asset allocation views. You’ll also be liaising with internal stakeholders including the CEO and CIO so your communication skills need to be on point.

What you’ll need
You’ll need a completed honours degree in Investment Management, or Quantitative Finance with a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in investment management, portfolio management, portfolio optimization, asset allocation, or investment strategy. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with using Matlab or other coding languages are essential.
