What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll support a busy export sales function by managing quotations, processing orders, handling customer enquiries and providing technical assistance across a wide product range. Working closely with Business Development Managers, you’ll help coordinate export sales activities, follow orders through the entire process and ensure customers receive exceptional service. You’ll enjoy this role because every day brings variety, customer interaction and the satisfaction of seeing deals successfully move from enquiry to delivery.

What you’ll need

Matric is essential, while a post-matric qualification in Electrical or Electronics would be advantageous. Previous export sales experience within a similar technical or industrial environment is important, along with a solid understanding of export documentation, order processing and customer support. Strong Microsoft Office and SAGE skills, excellent communication ability and a high level of accuracy under pressure will set you up for success.
