What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, from managing contractors and vendors to getting hands-on with painting, plumbing, electrical fixes, and minor repairs. You’ll implement preventative maintenance schedules, conduct site inspections, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage tools, budgets, and consumables. You’ll keep the site running efficiently, safely, and looking great – making a real impact in a company driving sustainable change.

What you’ll need

You understand workplace health and safety, can use Excel and maintenance tools, and ideally have a trade certification and experience with industrial or multi-tenant properties.
