Salary: Market related

Join a hands-on engineering role where your technical expertise keeps vital industrial systems running smoothly.

Is this you?

You’re a mechanically-minded professional with a knack for troubleshooting and solving complex technical issues on the fly. Confident and self-motivated, you thrive independently in the field while maintaining a collaborative mindset. You communicate clearly with clients and colleagues alike, and your attention to detail and commitment to safety set you apart. You take pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoy mentoring others through technical training.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll be on the front line supporting the performance of industrial valve systems, covering everything from installation supervision and commissioning to maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Your days will involve site visits, delivering customer training, performing root cause analyses, and ensuring equipment operates flawlessly. You’ll liaise with quality and technical teams, provide accurate service reports, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. It’s a role that blends autonomy with impact; and no two days will be the same.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll be joining a leading player in the industrial engineering space, known for its commitment to innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This organisation supports industries that rely on precision-engineered products, and their culture celebrates accountability, safety, and technical excellence. You’ll be part of a team that values your expertise and supports your professional growth.

What you’ll need

You’ll bring a Mechanical Engineering diploma or degree, along with at least five years of field service experience in valves or related equipment. You’re comfortable reading P&IDs and technical documents, skilled in diagnostics, calibration, and maintenance, and confident with tools and MS Office. A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel, including internationally, are essential. Training delivery experience and a safety-first mindset are strong advantages.

What you’ll get

In return, you’ll enjoy a dynamic, hands-on role with a respected employer offering travel opportunities, varied technical challenges, and the chance to influence operational outcomes through your expertise. A supportive team and development opportunities await.
