What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the business with administrative tasks across client portfolios. You’ll handle new business processing, servicing, and reviewing of client accounts, ensuring everything runs smoothly and in line with established protocols. You’ll liaise with clients, providing excellent support and maintaining professionalism over the phone, while collaborating with investment, risk, and associated companies. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure compliance and efficiency in everything you do.

What you’ll need

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a matric qualification, a valid driver’s license with your own vehicle, and 2-5 years of experience in financial planning admin and support. Competency in Microsoft Office and financial admin systems is a must, while experience with CRM programs like XPlan is a plus. Your ability to learn and adapt quickly will be key, as will your fluency in English and your presentable, professional demeanour. You will be office based daily so ideally you need to live in the East Rand.
