From shaping group-level HSSE policies and KPIs, to leading audits, analysing safety data, and guiding local teams, your work will embed world-class safety practices at every level. You’ll influence executive reporting, ensure legal and internal compliance, and continuously refine the safety culture across all projects and regions. Site visits, contractor collaboration, and hands-on leadership will be key as you bring safety to the forefront of global operations.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll join a fast-growing, international renewable energy organisation at the forefront of the green transition. With operations spanning multiple continents, this company is known for its innovation, diversity, and sustainability impact. Your role will be pivotal in upholding the safety and wellbeing of people and projects that are changing the world.

What you’ll need

You’ll bring at least 10 years’ experience in HSSE roles, with strong strategic and operational capability. Experience in corporate HSE functions at a board level. A degree or diploma in Health, Safety and Environment along with Construction projects experience is essential. You will be required to have experience developing HSSE frameworks, managing audits and risk, and working with multicultural teams. Familiarity with renewable energy projects is strongly preferred, along with robust project and contract management skills.

What you’ll get

You’ll enjoy a highly competitive salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits including pension contributions, private medical cover, generous leave, and hybrid working. The company also invests heavily in training and development, and offers strong career progression, genuine inclusion, and outstanding support for wellbeing and work-life balance.
