Junior Investment Operations Analyst

You’ve built a solid foundation in terms of investment admin experience and you’ve been exposed to implementing and improving processes which has made you realise you belong in operations.
What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll be reporting directly into the COO who will give you exposure to the full admin and operations process. You’ll get involved in everything from the moment the client arrives, to implementation to the actual management of the funds, it doesn’t get better than this. Some of your duties including supporting clients and IFA’s with opening of accounts and trading chains, doing S14, S42 and Directive 135 transfers and fee reviews. You’ll join in some of the investment and risk committee meetings and really gain exposure to all aspects of operations on the retail and institutional side.
Where you’ll be doing it
You’ll be joining a small yet growing and top performing asset manager based in the northern suburbs. You’ll be based in professional offices with a great view and be surrounded but driven industry game changers
What you’ll need
A solid investment foundation is essential so a completed investment related degree is required with at least 1-2 years’ experience doing full end to end investment administration, this is more than just fund accounting, you need to know what goes into the full process and what can be changed and improved in the process.
