What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
Manage new technology ideas and demands, ensuring the design and implementation of efficient and safe technology architectures. Collaborate with global leaders and teams across a matrixed organisation, developing solutions that align with strategic goals. Define and maintain our client’s reference and domain architectures, selecting and evaluating potential solutions, and formulating high-level implementation strategies.
Where you’ll be doing it
You will join a leader in the global mining sector; their culture fosters an environment of continuous improvement and collaborative achievement, focused on developing technology that enhances operational efficiency and environmental stewardship.
What you’ll need
A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field, supplemented by over 8 years of experience in IT technology architecture, including direct involvement with operational technology such as GIS, mine planning tools, and SCADA systems. Your experience should also include strategic project management, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of the IT lifecycle within a multinational corporate setting. TOGAF certification or an equivalent architectural certification is preferred, along with an MDP/MBA for advanced management capabilities.
