What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring full compliance with FICA and KYC requirements. You’ll also handle day-to-day account maintenance, assist partners with investment documents, and coordinate scrip transfers. Regular duties include managing account cashflows, breach monitoring, and resolving ad hoc queries. You’ll support client and internal training, manage portfolios alongside the investment administrator, and play a key role in enhancing relationships across stakeholders.

What you’ll need
You hold a relevant degree in finance or investments and ideally have 2–3 years of experience in an investment admin role. You’re comfortable working with LISP platforms, and having RE5 or Class of Business is a bonus. A background in trading is beneficial, but most importantly, you’re confident with portfolio administration and compliance. You also need to be living in Cape Town currently to be considered.
