What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll be responsible for all operational and fund accounting aspects of portfolio administration. Your day-to-day will include reconciling portfolio data, managing daily cash liquidity and NAV accuracy, and producing daily and monthly reports for both the investment team and external clients. You’ll also support the preparation of fund factsheets, ensure compliance with mandates, and handle investor queries. Additionally, you’ll assist in automating manual processes and improving reporting methods—your contributions will directly support a high-performing investment team in achieving their goals.

You will be fully office based in beautiful offices in the heart of the Cape Town CBD with views of the harbour.
What you’ll need
You’ll have a BCom or BBus Sci degree, and at least 2 years’ experience in a portfolio administration or operations role. A strong understanding of NAV calculations, equity and fixed income products, and collective investment schemes is essential. You’ll be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally have some knowledge of international markets. Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-starting abilities are a must.
