What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll be heading up the Operations, Client Services and FICA teams, mentoring staff, allocating workloads, and ensuring all deliverables meet internal policies and regulatory requirements. You’ll be the key escalation point for client issues, develop strong relationships with fund managers and investors, and drive exceptional service delivery. You’ll also oversee compliance processes, audits, and spearhead operational improvements, all while helping your team grow and succeed.

Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll join a leading financial services group focussing on hedge fund admin and investment fund manco services. With over a decade of experience, they offer hosting and administration solutions across regulated and unregulated funds. The team operates on a hybrid model, blending flexibility with strong team collaboration and a culture of professionalism and innovation. Their offices are based in Kenilworth, Cape Town.

What you’ll need

You hold a relevant degree (Finance or Accounting) and bring at least 5 years’ experience in investor services, with time spent in a team leader role. You’re fluent in FICA/KYC processes, adept in client operations, and confident using tools like MS Office and platforms such as DoCFox and tCube. Your sharp eye for detail, service-first mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills set you apart.
