What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll oversee the entire service delivery process, ensuring that incidents and requests are resolved efficiently. You’ll collaborate with various teams to optimise service processes, using your Microsoft expertise to solve complex issues and make data-driven decisions. Maintain high service quality, enhancing client satisfaction, and leading your team to achieve operational excellence. Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.

What you’ll need
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, and bring 5 to 8 years of IT operations experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Your expertise in Microsoft technologies such as Windows Enterprise, Office 365, and Azure is second to none. Strong communication and leadership skills, along with a strategic mindset, are key to your success in this role.
