Working alongside experienced Key Account Managers, you’ll support key retail accounts, build customer relationships and help turn account plans into results. Expect sales analysis, promotional tracking, customer meetings, store visits, launches and plenty of cross-functional collaboration. You’ll identify trends and opportunities in the data, monitor performance and help solve the inevitable challenges that come with retail. You’ll enjoy the variety, commercial exposure and opportunity to gradually take ownership of accounts yourself.Where you’ll be doing it
You’ll join a phenomenally growing international FMCG/beauty business with a fast-paced, collaborative culture and genuine focus on developing its people. This is Monday to Friday with one work-from-home day after probation and slightly flexible working hours.What you’ll need
Some tertiary education is essential, together with around 2 to 4 years’ experience in retail, FMCG, sales, merchandising, account management or another commercial environment. Most importantly, you’ve worked with data or sales figures, can analyse trends and are confident in Excel. Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving skills and a valid driver’s licence are key. You have your own car and drivers licence.What you’ll get
