What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll be working both on-site and in-house to assist with planning and executing engineering projects, managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring quality standards. Your technical skills will shine as you prepare and review documentation, and engage directly with clients to maintain relationships and provide expert advice. You’ll work closely with the sales team, identifying new opportunities, and supporting pitches with your technical insights. There will be opportunities to conduct site visits, perform service and maintenance activities, cost estimation, and gain exposure to industry networking events, where you’ll further develop your technical and sales acumen.

What you’ll need

You’ll need a Diploma or related qualification in Electrical Engineering (Mechanical might be considered and experience in a similar role, ideally within the mining or heavy industries. If you are a recent graduate with minimal experience, we could also consider your profile. Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, combined with excellent communication skills, is crucial. You should be comfortable interacting with clients and working in a team while being self-driven. You will be required to do regular travel to client sites, valid drivers license is essential and own vehicle is preferred.
