What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

In this role, you will support the seamless operation of application systems for clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the Sales Manager’s calendar, handling correspondence, and preparing documents. You’ll assist in gathering customer technical requirements, preparing sales proposals and contracts, and maintaining accurate sales reports. Conducting market research, organising sales meetings and trade show logistics, and managing CRM systems will also be key tasks. You’ll act as a liaison between sales, customers, and technical teams, and help organise training sessions on technical products. Your support will be vital from project inception to completion, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving, will be crucial. A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle is essential.
