Your days will involve managing customer relationships, forecasting demand, analysing sales performance, negotiating pricing and identifying opportunities to increase market share. You’ll work closely with operational teams to ensure stock availability, smooth service delivery and strong merchandising standards within stores. You’ll enjoy this role because it offers variety, commercial influence and the opportunity to directly impact both customer success and your own earnings through uncapped commission potential.

Where you’ll be doing it

The culture is collaborative, supportive and performance-driven, with a leadership team focused on accountability, development and practical problem-solving. The role is office-based during onboarding, with flexibility introduced once fully settled into the position. It’s important to note that additional hours are worked when operationally required including possible rotating public holidays and possible every second Saturday from 07:00 to 12:00.

What you’ll need

A Matric qualification and at least 3-5 years’ experience in retail sales or key account management are essential. Strong commercial acumen, advanced communication skills and confidence working with forecasts, pricing, reporting and Excel are important for success in this role. Exposure to retail, horticulture or agriculture environments will be advantageous. A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport are non-negotiable.

What you’ll get

A basic salary, travel & cell allowance and uncapped commission. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, offering stability while still providing the excitement of a fast-paced commercial environment with strong long-term growth potential.
