What you’ll need
You’ll be an admitted attorney boasting excellent academic credentials. With at least two years of post-qualification experience in corporate commercial and compliance law, especially in mergers and acquisitions and companies act. Would be a bonus if you had exposure to exchange control. You’ll need to demonstrate developed commercial awareness and an outcome-oriented approach. Your skill set will be complemented by your strong interpersonal and communication abilities, further enhancing your effectiveness in this role.
