In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee all aspects of a gypsum plasterboard production plant, from raw material intake to final packaging. You’ll manage teams across production, maintenance, and quality control—ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. You’ll monitor performance metrics, drive lean initiatives, and manage budgets while pushing for continuous improvement. You’ll bring a deep knowledge of manufacturing systems, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance—plus ERP system proficiency and a passion for continuous improvement.
