What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll play a key role in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of multicast control plane technology. This includes developing new features, resolving bugs, and addressing customer-specific and engineering-driven initiatives. You’ll work closely with software teams, participate in code reviews, and develop automated tests to ensure seamless software delivery. You’ll also assist with customer queries and collaborate on efficient issue resolution. Your work will directly support scalable, high-performance multicast networks that improve communication efficiency across industries.

What you’ll need
You bring expertise in multicast protocols such as IGMP, PIM (Sparse/Dense Mode), and Source-Specific Multicast (SSM). You have strong experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices from leading vendors like Cisco and Juniper. You understand service provider requirements, possess solid debugging skills, and are familiar with automated testing. A proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and handle customer queries effectively is essential.
