In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of the organisation, ensuring smooth office operations. Your responsibilities will include handling office infrastructure, IT systems, and administrative processes. You’ll also take charge of onboarding staff, internal culture initiatives, and corporate social responsibility projects. You’ll ensure an efficient and professional work environment, coordinate corporate events, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Our client is a rapidly growing investment multimanager based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. This is a Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm in office role.

What you’ll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need at least a Matric Certificate plus minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, preferably within the financial services sector. Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of confidentiality. A valid South African driver’s license and reliable transport are also required, you will be office based daily. You need to be fluent in English and Afrikaans and you will be dealing with clients from time to time.
