What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll be working as part of the operations and maintenance (O&M) team, assisting with the upkeep of solar plants across various sites. Your day will include performing electrical troubleshooting and basic repairs, inspecting systems, and maintaining high safety standards. Under the guidance of experienced engineers, you’ll get the chance to tackle more complex tasks and grow your technical skills. What you’ll need
To succeed in this role, you must have recently completed your Red Seal Electrician certification and have a genuine interest in the renewable energy sector. Fluency in Afrikaans is essential for effective communication with team members and clients.
