Operations and Growth Manager

Location: Namibia, preferably Windhoek

Salary: Market related
Duration: Permanent / Part time

Operations here is not about keeping the wheels turning. It is about building the engine for a regenerative economy.

Is this you?

An entrepreneurial builder at heart, you combine strategic range with the instinct to get things moving. You are comfortable creating structure, earning trust across different sectors and making sound decisions with limited resources. Regenerative agriculture and Namibia’s future genuinely matter to you.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

Turning strategy into budgets, priorities and measurable outcomes, you will lead the day-to-day growth of two complementary organisations. Your remit will include expanding membership, producer support and market access, developing ventures and partnerships, and building sustainable, mission-aligned revenue streams. You will also identify bottlenecks across agricultural value chains and cultivate relationships spanning farming, business, government, academia and finance.

Where you’ll be doing it

Across two mission-driven organisations, the work sits at the intersection of organic agriculture, regenerative enterprise and resilient communities in Namibia. The environment is lean, practical and partnership-led, connecting entrepreneurs, producers, communities and capital around better food, water, energy, shelter and ecological resilience.

What you’ll need

A proven track record of building, growing or leading something meaningful is essential, together with entrepreneurial judgement, strategic thinking and strong communication skills. You must be able to translate broad ambitions into workable plans and outcomes. Knowledge of Namibia and established networks within agriculture, sustainability or rural development would be a strong advantage.

What you’ll get

The opportunity offers rare scope to shape organisations, markets and partnerships rather than simply maintain established processes. Your work will directly influence regenerative agriculture, resilient value chains and enterprise development in Namibia, while giving you meaningful exposure across commercial, community, public-sector and funding relationships.
