What you’ll need

To excel in this role, you should possess a diploma or degree in engineering, with substantial experience in production project management, preferably within the mining or heavy industries. A solid understanding of engineering principles, production processes, and methodologies is essential, along with strong leadership and communication skills. You are required to be proficient in Afrikaans and English. Proficiency in project management tools and software is required, and PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
