Shape the future of renewable energy by turning complex projects into perfectly timed success stories.

Is this you?

Planning comes naturally to you, and you thrive on bringing structure to complex projects. Calm under pressure, analytical and highly organised, you enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders while keeping a sharp eye on detail. You’re proactive, dependable and motivated by solving problems before they become delays.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll take ownership of developing and maintaining detailed project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning for utility-scale Solar PV projects. Working closely with project managers, engineers and contractors, you’ll monitor progress, analyse critical paths, identify risks and recommend solutions that keep projects on schedule. You’ll also prepare forecasts, progress reports and scheduling documentation to support informed decision-making. You’ll enjoy this role because your expertise will directly influence the successful delivery of major renewable energy projects that make a lasting impact.

Where you’ll be doing it

Join an established renewable energy investment business that has spent more than 15 years delivering large-scale clean energy projects across Sub-Saharan Africa. The team is known for building long-term partnerships, taking ownership and working collaboratively to deliver innovative, sustainable infrastructure solutions. This is an environment where your contribution will be valued, your ideas welcomed and your work will directly support the transition to a cleaner energy future.

What you’ll need

A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field, together with at least 5 years’ project scheduling experience on large infrastructure or renewable energy projects. Strong Primavera P6, MS Project and advanced Excel skills are essential, while experience with utility-scale Solar PV, EPC projects and project management methodologies will set you apart.

What you’ll get

An opportunity to work on high-value renewable energy developments within a respected organisation committed to innovation, sustainability and professional growth. You’ll gain exposure to complex utility-scale projects while receiving a competitive market-related salary and benefits.
