What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind on-site property projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality. You’ll supervise contractors, monitor progress, and troubleshoot on the ground, maintaining seamless operations. Your attention to detail will shine as you ensure compliance with all health, safety, and building regulations. You’ll also provide critical support to park management, ensuring a collaborative approach to operational excellence and keeping all stakeholders updated on project progress.
Where you’ll be doing it

Known for their commitment to excellence and a dynamic, forward-thinking culture, this is an environment where you’ll work with like-minded professionals passionate about delivering exceptional solutions. You’ll be office based Monday to Friday in Cape Town CBD but you’ll need to travel often to the different locations.
What you’ll need
To be considered, you must have strong technical knowledge in construction and building maintenance and refurbishment, along with proven experience in contractor management and on-site operations. You’ll need to demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple projects within tight budgets and timelines, as well as a solid understanding of building standards and compliance. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills are a must, and South African citizenship is required.
A relevant tertiary qualification (QS, architecture, interior design) coupled with a relevant project management qualification combined with at least 5 years of relevant project management experience having worked on small to medium size projects (the average project value you will be working on is around R0.5 million – R4 million), there will be the odd R20 million type project. You’ll also need a proven track record of working on multiple projects as well as the ability to travel nationally often!
