What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll provide essential technical support to Operations and Maintenance teams, driving initiatives that improve the reliability and performance of plant equipment. You’ll analyse equipment failure data, lead root cause analyses, and develop data-driven strategies and procedures to enhance plant maintainability. You’ll also be involved in design reviews and HAZOP studies to improve equipment performance and efficiency. By tracking KPIs and utilising CMMS data, you’ll help shape smarter maintenance planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

What you’ll need

You have a B.Eng in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years’ experience in a reliability engineering role within an industrial or mining environment. Familiarity with water treatment equipment is a plus. You’re proficient in CMMS systems, maintenance planning, data analysis, and root cause analysis. You’re also tech-savvy, self-directed, and bring your own transport.
